Summary: ComfortDNA is looking for a Customer Service Representative who possesses a natural ability to effectively communicate schedules and changes with our largest customers and key vested internal parties. Due to our rapid rate of growth, we are seeking candidates who thrive on achieving results while working in a fast-paced environment. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor under the Service Division of Tempo, Inc. The Customer Service Representative must be a self-starter with the ability to dynamically schedule based on priority and effectively communicate daily. This candidate will own customer satisfaction.
